This position is for a year-round internship allowing for part-time to full-time work as a system validation engineer on Intel’s server platform validation team located in Taipei, Taiwan. Your responsibilities will include helping to run tests in the lab using Intel tools as well as creating scripts to help gather and process/analyze data. Your responsibilities might also include helping to create test content that will run on Intel server platforms and enable you to work on key technologies and interfaces such as DDR and PCI Express.

Minimum Qualifications

are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Be currently enrolled and working to complete a Masters degree in either Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with either C/C#/C++ and/or Python programming. Solid knowledge of Circuit design and Digital Systems. Experience with Power BI would be a plus. Understanding of computer architecture. Experience running tests or gathering data in a lab setting would be a plus. Experience in creating a Design of Experiments DOE is a plus. Experience in working with lab equipment (Oscope, Logic Analyzer, etc.) would be a plus. Experience in computer operating systems: Linux, Windows, VMware etc. would be a plus. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience internship experiences and or schoolwork classes or research.
