Job content

Description

• 管理倉儲環境，確保倉庫環境潔淨、安全，設備結構與品質良好、貨物儲放有序、零件標籤正確。
• 監督倉儲人員作業與成果，包含撿貨、秤重、貼標、文檔紀錄、儲放、運送等，確保出貨識別號碼與貨品品質滿足生產與客戶訂單需求。
• 與總部及跨團隊人員密切協作，制定倉儲管理流程，優化倉儲軟硬體環境。
• 參與日常倉庫運營作業，確保流程高效。
• 建立、管理倉儲團隊，與總部協作，進行教育訓練與相關人資作業。
• 分析庫存指標，定期與總部與相關單位報告運營成果，提升作業品質與效率。
• 帶領團隊，定期進行庫存盤點。調查並解決庫存差異。
• 根據需求，協助進行收貨、出貨，並陪同客戶進行相關審核查驗。
  
  

Requirements

• 三年以上倉儲管理經驗
• 三年以上流程管理、流程改進，或制定生產計劃經驗
• 出色的溝通(包含口語及書寫) 與管理技巧
• 具電腦硬體產業相關經驗為佳
• 有堆高機操作經驗為佳
