Our contract logistics division provides end-to-end solutions in warehousing and distribution to our customers. This position will steer customer relationships and business expansion plans. If you possess hands on experience in the management of logistics projects, and currently responsible for profit and loss, this might just be the career for you.
Your Role

In this role, you will get to grow both new and existing businesses and coordinate all business development actions with the contracted clients. You will also provide overall leadership and direction to the team, and groom the future stars of contract logistics
Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and experience when handling enquiries and problems
  • Ensure all customer orders are entered into the system and processed accordingly
  • Ensure all related financial processes are completed timely and accurately
  • Identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled

Your Skills And Experiences

To be successful in this position, you will possess at least 4-5 years of Logistic or 3PL industries + related Project/Leader Management. As the local expert, you will come with a strong experience of on-site supply chain management. Advanced level English is a plus to communicate effectively.
