I am looking for a Video Engineer Talent to join my client as Asia’s leading technology group in software services.Key Responsibilities

• Establishing a pipeline for DASH/HLS/MSS packaging on a cloud-based platform
• Deep knowledge of DASH, HLS, Smooth Streaming, and upcoming adaptive streaming spec, and delivering educational resources to internal team
• Collaborating with internal teams to address any issues related to adaptive streaming
• Measuring performance metrics for adaptive streaming playback

Key Requirements

• Familiarity with multimedia technologies, including container formats, codecs, and subtitle formats
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in developing multimedia software
• Proficiency in utilizing open-source packaging tools like FFmpeg and GPAC
• Working knowledge of high-level scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl for automating processing workflows
• Hands-on experience working with Linux
