As our client embarks on their transformation journey to excel in the field of oncology, they are seeking an experienced Director of Transformation to lead change initiatives and contribute to the company’s growth.

Job Description
  • Project Oversight:
    • Manage project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Provide operational support for Transformation Office (TO) meetings, including note-taking, follow-up, and the creation of high-quality presentation materials.
    • Collaborate with the Transformation Director to establish project priorities and lead weekly TO meetings to drive project governance.
    • Validate the alignment of actual project benefits with expected financial outcomes.
Supporting Initiatives:
  • Continuously identify and address obstacles and delays in initiatives, taking action to rectify issues and tracking progress to ensure adjustments are effective.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for improvement, challenging the status quo to achieve better results.
  • Act as a problem-solving partner for the organization, aiding in the identification of new initiatives that can deliver benefits more swiftly.
  • Provide transparent reporting on project performance to the management team.

Validation and Reporting Accuracy:
  • Ensure the accuracy of project-related reports, verifying that they accurately reflect actual project performance, and highlighting any deviations for the management team’s attention.
  • Assist senior executives in preparing key talking points, conveying the latest management updates, and facilitating internal communication.
  • Craft comprehensive reports on high-level outcomes, including transformation updates and narratives of change.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong aptitude for cross-departmental collaboration and effective communication.
  • Adept problem solver with the ability to formulate action plans in uncertain situations.
  • Proactive approach to managing processes.

Additional Qualifications (Advantageous):
  • In-depth expertise in specific departmental areas (e.g., procurement, sales, manufacturing, R&D, etc.).
  • Previous experience in project management involving interactions with senior executives.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
  • Background in modeling, business intelligence, and dashboard development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis or statistical tools.
