This position is within the Global Training Center organization. This organization develops and delivers technical training through training events worldwide to TRUMPF employees and customers.

EUV Trainer in Taiwan is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how of EUV product to the customer, and to perform these tasks in the training center in customer site to meet a business success.

• Delivering technical training to engineers to customer’s engineers on EUV products and to facilitate their learning process.
• Facilitating the introduction of practice reported from Customer’s engineers into the training program.
• Working closely with training developer to continuously improve the training materials.
• Training will be performed in a customer training center in Taiwan with shift working model.
• The training is provided in English language.
• The technical training content consists of theory and hands on sessions.
  

Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Laser Electro Optics or related fields.

1+ years in trainer or teacher experience in any industry.

• Electronics & controls knowledge with troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of alignment and testing techniques
• Good mechanical hand tools proficiency including precision measurement tools.
• Fluent in both spoken and written in English and Mandarin to interface internal and external customers. (TOEIC 800+)
• Excellent written, documentation, and verbal communication skills as well as good customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently and rarely need technical assistance in performance of daily responsibilities.
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
• High flexibility regarding work location and working time.
• EUV knowledge preferred.
