Job Title: Test Technician

Our company, Suntek Global, is recognized internationally for the bespoke products we produce and we work with well-known brands in North America and Europe. With a packed order book and forecasted expansion, we are looking for an in-house Technician to design and execute the testing for our development programs.

Your role will include checking of materials, procedures mechanical and electrical systems to ensure that customers get high-quality, functional products You will be responsible for planning, organizing and developing test tools and processes as well as organizing and executing the actual testing. Following testing, you will carry out root cause analysis.

You will work closely with the Program Management and Engineering functions as well as 3rd party test laboratories to ensure all products that we build meet and exceed their requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and align product requirements (e.g. functionalities, speed, safety standards) requiring for each program
• Monitor all development and production stages to ensure safety procedures are followed
• Run quality controls on components throughout development and on final products
• Develop and evolve test environments and test cases for each program
• Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes
• Suggest fixes and improvements
• Document technical issues and solutions
• Liaise with our fixture creation partners to build automated testing systems for regular checks
• Ensure our products and procedures meet industry standards (e.g., ISO)

Requirements

· Great troubleshooting skills

· Analytical mindset

· You can clearly and succinctly communicate in English and Chinese

· Familiarity with various testing techniques

· Recent Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field is preferred

· Previous experience as a Test Technician or similar role is preferred

· Additional certification in Quality Assurance is preferred
