What You’ll DoJob summarySupport plant leadership in achieving business and financial goals by developing and maintaining testing software for NPD/STP and contribute to execute the digital integration of I4.0.Job ResponsibilitiesTest engineers focus on developing and implementing quality control tests to ensure product quality and efficiency.

• Analyze and develop test plans/specifications based on requirements
• According to the product test conditions, write the test program. (VB/LabView application)
• Develop Power BI-related applications
• Participates in MES system maintenance.
• Provide education and in-service training for Office365 related applications.
• Contribute in I4.0 related applications.
• Design and maintain the production data database
• Implement the application of automation equipment
• Work closely with leadership to drive the process of digitization.
• Support the maintenance of the factory’s exclusive webpage.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or aboveAbove 2 years in software programming or IT related fields.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software and related programming languages.
• Good analytical skills, able to write management reports."
• Proactive, detail-oriented & organized.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Willing to work under pressure and proactive in learning.
• Excellent initiative, ability to work independently and within a

short timeline, and flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization.
