Role Summary: The overall goal of Operations Technician is to carry out operation jobs and relative job reports. Support QRC operations as required.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To repair the mechanical seal and pump with following Flowserve procedure. Including Disassembly, Cleaning, Inspection, Repair Report, Assembly and Test.

To monitor the people who work at site to be safe.

(監控現場工作人員的安全。)

To ensure the mechanical seal and pump are repaired on time.

(確保機械密封、泵浦按時修復。)

Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier callipers, Micrometres, bore gauges and other measuring instruments related to Machine shop/ QC inspect work.

(能夠使用游標卡尺、千分尺、孔規等測量儀器，以及其他與機械車間/QC檢驗工作相關的測量儀器。)

To monitor, maintain and keep measuring instruments in their proper place and regularly calibrated.

(監控、維護和保持測量儀器在存放的位置並定期校準。)

Ensure good housekeeping of work area.

(確保工作區域的良好內務管理。)

Regularly maintain machines at all time.

(隨時定期維護機器。)

Ensure tooling and fixtures are kept in the designated area after use (Clean and Oil)

Timely submittal of daily Time sheet.

(及時提交每日工時表。)
