Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Wireless Communication, or Telecommunication related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience working in software project management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in cellular modem.
  • Experience working with mobile wireless technologies including LTE or NR.
  • Experience in managing software development for consumer hardware products, Android ecosystem, and familiarity with Android development.
  • Experience managing projects and partnerships between Asia and the US, ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a complex, always-changing environment, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience with carrier certification, knowledgeable in standards, testing, and certification protocols and requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, and excellent multitasking abilities to effectively prioritize when working on multiple tasks/projects.

With enriched Pixel profilios, we are looking for an exceptionally talented, passionate, and creative Technical Program Manager to manage and deliver Pixel with outstanding performance, quality, and deliver within the schedule requirements.

You will be responsible for innovative cellular feature planning, cross-functional team coordination, communication, and drive for readiness, streamline the workflow when necessary and provide connectivity experience to our end users.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and track the new cellular modem features into Android quarterly release. Drive readiness of cellular modem features, monitor requirements compliance, and release quality on firmware to meet milestones.
  • Prioritize issue and test activities, track milestones, and drive issue solutions. Manage multiple cellular modems projects and meet schedules with excellent quality.
  • Provide regular project status for leadership reviews, exercise independent judgment in determining appropriate steps to meet the project milestones, for example, escalations when needed.
  • Streamline and collaborate closely with internal engineering partner teams, or stakeholders, and suppliers. Analyze related data into a clear story or actionable plans to communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution. Propose the market best practice management frameworks and strategies.
