We are currently hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Team Leader to drive the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activities, to lead the talent acquisition agenda and help the organization hire top talent with strategic approach while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and digitalization process that support a joyful candidate’s experiences
  • Partnering with senior leaders from different BUSU to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Driving the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activities
  • Identifying and partnering with external vendors for volume hiring, executive search and market mapping
  • Defining and driving team to meet regional and country scorecards
  • To lead and execute the regional projects as required
  • Team performance and people development

Requirements

  • At least 10 years’ experiences in playing a strategic role in TA space
  • You have strong experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong ability to build relationship with influence stakeholders
  • Strong market know how, able to build connection with market senior candidates
  • Excellent English capabilities
  • Experiences in working under a matrix organization
