Job Description

1. Respond to ST Taiwan hiring function.

  • Validate and clarify hiring requests.
  • Search qualified candidates.
  • Arrange interview and necessary tests.
  • Responsible new employee 1st day onboarding process.
  • Maintain and analysis new employees’ system data.
  • Collection job market data.
  • Manage headhunters.

2. Coordinate with ST Regional university programs in charge to ensure the implementation of related programs, in Taiwan.

  • Collect campus recruitment needs from business departments.
  • Co-work with Taiwan key universities and external parties.
  • Plan and deploy campus recruitment related activities.
  • Support the 3-year training and development program.
  • Collaborate with business department to develop campus hired talents.

3. Provide HR services to ST Hsinchu office employees, including staffing, team building activities…

4. Promote employer branding to attract young talent with close coordination with internal communication in Taiwan.

  • 5. Perform HR operation and temporary duties as assigned.

Profiles

1. 10-year HR related experience with at least 5-yesr in IT industry talent acquisition related.

2. Experience in campus recruiting is preferable.

3. bachelor’s degree and above

4. Fluent in English communication

5. Open minded with good interpersonal communication skill
