Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team members, candidates, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and other stakeholders through the full talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring an excellent customer experience for managers and candidates. This individual will interact with associates and candidates at all levels in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, flexibility, a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and efficiency, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicates frequently with Candidates, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, Compensation Managers, and Finance Business Partners throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle to provide status updates via phone, email and SMS.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on recruiting processes and tools for Hiring Manager and Candidate questions.
  • Manages the candidate workflow within Workday (Applicant Tracking System) in a timely and accurate manner, including but not limited to: advancing candidates, properly dispositioning candidates, etc.
  • Schedules high-volume interview activities, such as: phone, video, and on-site interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and hiring teams, with speed and efficiency across complex calendars and multiple time zones.
  • Communicates interview details to candidate, making certain they have the necessary information.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and process travel expense reimbursement for potential out of area candidates as necessary
  • Prepares offer letters and employment agreements where applicable by region and provides candidates with new hire documentation.
  • Orders, and tracks the progress of, background checks and other pre-employment screening via the selected vendor.
  • Orders and assists in scheduling of Candidate Selection Assessments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Background and Skills:

  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Previous Human Resource administration experience preferred.
  • Proven efficiency in a high volume, repetitive work environment. Ability to execute and follow standard work outlined for the position.
  • Must be organized and be able to prioritize and complete projects with minimal supervision. Should possess a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent demonstrated written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
  • Prior experience working with HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Software preferred.

Language Skills

English fluency required. Additional language skills are beneficial.

Travel

Estimated 0-5% travel.
