• Responsible for Service team focus on Energy service and Navigator support/ development.
• In charge of on-site survey, formulate plans, data analysis and presentation.
• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers’ concerns.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, HVAC, mechanical or related field.
• Over 5 years or above in automation, mechanical and electrical engineering experience. Experience in energy saving projects is a plus.
• Familiar with PLC, DDC and had experience of HVAC control programming and CFC coding.
• Practical experience in participating in and completing a few BA building engineering projects related to Siemens product is better.
