If You Are Our Supply Chain Program Manager, Workstations And Virtual Reality Business In Taiwan, You Will Have a Chance To
  • Lead and execute key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for multiple products or service offerings for a Global Business Unit (Workstations and Virtual Reality Business).
  • Incorporate intensive planning, strategizing & coordination with cross functional team - product marketing, planning, factory operation on the supply chain effort in supporting product roadmap and enable country offering, in alignment with the respective Marketing Strategy.
  • Established PSO / supply chain presence to support management in developing strategic direction & help to drive prioritized list of NPI activities and focus areas. Reinforce NPI / Refresh program requirement & alerting program risks. Developing mitigation plan to minimize the impact to business.
  • Identify & drive projects/initiatives to improve product deployment outcome with metrics including on time RTP, Time to Ramp at the right quality as well as NPI Risk management.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement to meet the goal consistently by conducting post-mortem/process evaluation studies to identify areas where NPI processes can be improved. Simplify & Standardize Supply chain product deployment process in support of manufacturing strategy and new capability enablement.
  • Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.
  • Support Made in India initiatives with product roadmap of “special” activities to enable India features on standard product. Enable HP to gain access to India market growth, by expanding more platform to Made in India (MII) especially with PMA (preferential market access) compliance.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10-year experience in Supply Chain with strong knowledge in high volume manufacturing environment. Particularly in New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Adequate knowledge in project / program management. Proven Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities, projects of significant scope and complexity.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- business unit programs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit levels.
  • Proven track records of innovation in developing new technical, engineering, manufacturing & NPI process.
  • A good ‘organization fit’ team player with the ability to manage large cross-functional projects of substantial scope and complexity. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification preferred.
