Position Summary

Responsibilities

This position is to work with the logistics team to further improve our supply chain process, workflow, and streamline the interfaces with other departments in order to enhance the service level through digitalization.

• Digitize supplier management workflow, interface, and KPI monitoring dashboard.
• Create the interface between different EPR systems to reduce manual inputs.
• Improve inventory management, days inventory outstanding (DOI) simulation, ordering proposal.
• Enhance deadstock and slow moving inventory management tool.
• Optimize asset rotation management and optimization.
• Improve asset visibility across different entities

Working Experience & Technical Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiar with Google Script, Java Script, Python, and Power BI
• IT background is a plus
• Experienced in digital transformation
