Job content

• Involve and play an important role in business Sales and Operations Planning cycle with the guidance and assistance of global Win with Planning processes
• Be key player with business team to define demand forecasts and lead the forecast planning process and ensure the correct planning process
• Operate system to make sure supply stable and communicate with Supplier/Sourcing Unit to fulfill sales order
• Optimize and monitor inventory level to fulfill customer order and avoid business waste
• Coordinate with marketing and customer marketing teams on innovation and promotion plans and forecast respectively
• Goals are to achieve good demand fulfillment, conduct healthy stock management, and business waste control targets for the responsible category by monitoring and taking proactive actions through above processes
• Ad-hoc SC improvement projects assigned
  

• Better having related supply chain experience or business school background is preferred
• Excellent negotiation/communication skill and problem solving skill
• Strong multiple project management skills
• Well performance under work pressure
• Fluent English ability
