In our next stage of hypergrowth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst, who will work closely with the Operations Team to derive insights and leverage on technological solutions to supercharge our operations. In This Role You Will
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations to identify business processes, solutions and tools for improvement together with the operations and technical team to support business growth and requirements
  • Lead and participate in projects related to high-impact and long-term strategic projects to support process optimization across the entire Novelship Supply Chain from Procurement to Delivery.
  • Develop and implement new tools and digital strategy initiatives for the supply chain together with the technical team to ensure data insights and solutions continue to scale as the company continues to grow
  • Highlight key areas for improvement, optimization as well as identify areas of risks backed by data
  • Design, test, implement and refine scalable solutions to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Work closely within a strong cross-functional and international team
What We Are Looking For
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management or applicable field required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with project management in supply chain management, preferably in an MNC or fast-growing startup environment
  • A team player with a proactive attitude displaying curiosity and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a good command of Chinese to communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers
  • A strong interest in numbers and trends, and the ability to present this with data management & visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI
  • Proven adaptability, comfortable dealing with change to a fast-changing environment
  • Preferably equipped with strong project management skills in process improvement
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
