Job Description:

  • A lab supervisor will take the responsibility to lead whole RA group to support NPIs projects. Not only fundamental knowledge of laboratory instruments, but the supervisor must also exhibit a good understanding of the underlying principles of diverse equipment.
  • The role is responsible for safety-first culture, allocating resources to provide strategic planning for NPIs and supporting team members growth.
  • Effective communication is essential in a lab supervisor’s role. Lab supervisor must collaborates with scientists, other functional departments, and global RD peers.
  • Safety & Resource
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant lab environment. This involves adherence to safety protocols, proper handling of lab materials, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Resource Management: Supervisor well manages lab resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel. Efficient resource allocation contributes to smoother workflow and increased productivity.

  • Team Development: Lead the growth and development of team members over time.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Seek feedback from team members to gauge their satisfaction with the supervisor’s leadership. A positive work environment, open communication, and supportive leadership can contribute to higher job satisfaction.
