As an Supervisor_Project Management_ELDS for Electrification Business Area in Taipei City, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, you will be responsible for leading the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensuring that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.

Project Operation Manager

Your responsibilities

• Motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
• Providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects
• Ensuring compliance to standard ABB internal directives and procedure, relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
• Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risk, and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer, all in accordance with the contract
• Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements
• Coordinating with Supply Chain Management and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders
  

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or above
• At least 2 years of project management and site experience
• Good knowledge in power supply system / switchgear
• Experience of project management in automation or electrical industries
• Experience of Taiwan Metro System project or related is a plus
• Taiwan Safety and health certificate
• Good communication skills, both in Mandarin and English
