Job content

• Manage machining machines resource and colleague to achieve Quality, Cost , Delivery (Q.C.D) goal.
• Leading machining production team to continuously improve machine efficiency, utilization & OEE.
• Collaborate with Product Design/Materials/Process Engineering/Quality Assurance to execute production plan and fulfill shipping schedule.
• Work with machine maintenance team to develop preventive maintenance technology and knowledge to reduce machine downtime and upgrade machine capability.
• Establish and optimize workflow, standard , regulation and implement lean production activities to build safety and efficient work environment.
• Develop employee competitive capability by O.J.T. (On Job Training) and optimum Role Responsibility Expectation(RR&E).
• Develop advanced machining manufacturing technology and machining tooling knowledge to upgrade production capability.
  

• CNC or Auto lathe production related field experience 5 years minimum .
• Supervisory leader experience of production minimum 3 years.
  

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master Degree above is preferred.
  

• CNC or Auto lathe operation and engineering knowledge and skill.
• Engineering & statistical methodology as DOE,SPC,PFMEA & Cpk .
• Drive lean production and six-sigma activities.
• Leadership to drive improvement and manage talents and excellent communication skill across organizations.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
