Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support the management of assembly engineering/operations at external subcontractors for Corporation, with the imaging products as the primary portfolio. This position will work closely to across internal teams and external subcontractors to execute on the following
• Qualification of new process and material
• Execution of capacity expansion and ramp up for the imaging products portfolio.
• NPI device ramping up including yield and capacity in external manufacturing site.
• Mass production device low yield analysis and improvement.
• Customer EFAR analysis and improvement action implement.

Experience

Requirement:

• Undergraduate degree in engineering with at least 5 years working experience in semiconductor industry.
• Backgrounds in Assembly/Process/Product Engineer in high volume manufacturing environment.
• Imaging products knowledge are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
• Strong proficiency and command of English language, as regular communications will be required
• Ability to travel at short notice, typically within South East Asia region
  

Education

• Undergraduate degree with Engineering major and comes from the semiconductor industry.
