Job content

• work closely with internal teams (RF, Software, Algorithm, Chip, AE/FAE, marketing) for productizing WLAN&BT Combo chip for Home IOT, Gaming, and Automotive markets

• Provide leadership and expertise on technical issues or specific technologies in the Wi-Fi field
• Responsible for WLAN PHY system integration, System RF bringup and performance characterization.
• Pre-Silicon and Post-Silicon bringup
• Working on cutting-edge low power WiFi6 & WiFi7 client device for IOT markets
  
  

• Experience with system test, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of wireless product.

• WLAN RF Performance tuning and optimization, chip bringup, new feature development and enhancement
• Work closely with design team in optimizing the performance of WLAN chip
  
  

• 7+ years Systems Engineering or related work experience in advanced communication or digital signal processing area
• Experience in wireless technologies such as WLAN (802.11n/ac/ax), BT/BLE, 3G (UMTS, CDMA2000/EvDO), GSM/GPRS, cellular/WiFi based positioning Technologies

• Ability to conduct investigative research with minimum supervision
• Ability and interest to learn new technologies quickly

• Be independent and self-motivated
