The SQE team collaborate with the wafer foundry, OSAT and EMS to deliver high quality product. The SQE works closely with internal stakeholders and the supplier on supply assurance, compliance, risk assessment & mitigation, material disposition and continuous improvement opportunities..Job Responsibilities
  • Supply Quality Management of wafer foundry services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on QualificationsMRB and manage material disposition
  • Review and implement quality goals
  • Work with foundry on CAPA and identified opportunities for Continuous Improvement programs
  • Perform regular quality audits at foundry
  • Participate in new foundry or process node qualification
  • Host and manage Customer audit at foundry
  • Periodic review of product quality, process control data and yield
  • Provide foundry performance input for Quarter Business Review
  • Review and maintain relevant quality and manufacturing specification
  • Be a liaison between foundry & internal stakeholders on quality related events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master/PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experiences in semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes including quality management of foundry services.
  • Experience with advanced nodes wafer manufacturing process . Including testing and characterization methodologies.
  • Strong Analytic Skillset
  • Good Knowledge of Statistical Tools and its application
  • Received training in FMEA, 6Sigma program
  • Quality System and Process Auditing experience. Preferably a ISO9001/IATF16949 lead auditor certification
  • Independent with excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Understand wafer process quality metrics.
  • A team player with good problem solving skillset
