* Market trend research, industry spec study, and competitive analysis

* Product roadmap and new feature planning

* Product feature management with cross-functional team’s coordination

* Product spec, development schedule and product quality management

* Project management not limited to each motherboard project enabling

* Pre-sale support for new business creation and existing business expansion

* Customer request handling and post-sales technical support

* Product promotion and training material management not limited to official website and document release

Qualification:

* BS or higher degree in EE-related, CS or CE

* 3+ years of experience in product management of systems management software solutions

* Strong English communication and presentation skills

* Experience and knowledge of industry specs of server management

* Experience in project management across teams

* Experience in product promotion, customer request handling and post-sales technical support

* Experience in process improvement

* Experience in supervising a team

* Ability to work well collaboratively in cross-functional teams
