Responsibilities

• Architect, design, test and deliver system software to satisfy product requirements
• Lead technical discussions and provide innovation to the product
• Initiate and lead technical projects and changes to existing processes, that will improve the quality of our codebase and systems, reduce technical debt and improve our developer productivity
• Work closely with product managers, designers and engineers across multiple platforms and domains
• Build up payment system from zero
• Optimize Database system and build up an inventory system
• Implement Data Analytics Methodology

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern tech stacks. Strong, hands on programming skills: Go, Python, or Java
• 14+ years experience in software development, and 5+ years of experience working in product development as an Architect/Sr Principal/Staff Engineer or equivalent technical leadership role
• Strong knowledge of storage technologies, including databases, key value stores, caching systems and search engines
• Ability to speak and write succinctly and clearly in English
• Familiar with AWS environment
