  • As a senior member of the service team, you will be responsible for delivering world class service to meet customer and business requirements and share responsibility and accountability for the success of the company, while meeting technical and financial performance targets.
  • Technical development and proficiency of customer facing technical team on BNSM instrumentation and associated applications by organising certified training and knowledge data base development
  • Manage EMEA team and co-ordinate install/service-related visits, manage factory escalations and regional customer care centre, and assure consistency of performance standard within the region
  • Participate and contribute to multiple year strategy process and own implementation of it
  • Take ownership to implement business processes to improve efficiency of the team and to have clear customer records
  • Ensure that we have the KPI’s in place, monitor KPI’s as needed and publish monthly & quarterly reports
  • Increase Service program penetration by supporting service and cross functional teams as needed
  • Deliver Service revenue in accordance with budget
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Ability to lead and coach the team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and presentation skills with MS office proficiency.
  • Customer interaction and training skills.
  • Ability to multitask & team player.
  • Self-sufficient in computer/networking skills necessary to analyse and summarize data
  • Hand’s on experience on AFM, X-Ray, NI, Mechanical and Optical instrumentation is beneficial
  • Ability to experiment, test, diagnose, troubleshoot complex cutting edge electro-mechanical and computerized systems
  • Solid theoretical understanding of physics and electronics to enable problem solving of complex system and application issues.
  • Able to travel both domestically and internationally occasionally
