  • 4~5 years experience in HR functioned role.
  • Strong communications strategy and skills in English and Chinese.
  • Organized and strong prioritization skills.

  • Must be adaptable to a young company and fast growing environment.
  • Knowledge in labor related laws and regulations.
工作內容
  • Lead in talent acquisition and recruitment processes in both Chinese and English. Responsible for sourcing and screening talents and proactively partnering with management to deliver a consistent hiring process
  • Act as the primary contact for standard working condition questions, concerns and action items from employees, managers. Resolve issues that may arise in both day shift and night shift.
  • Organize employee welfare events like monthly happy hour and company trips.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment related laws and regulations, including but not limited to Labor Standards Act, Labor Insurance Act, National Health Insurance Act, Labor Pension Act, withholding tax filing, and related regulations of hiring foreigners.
  • Prepare and update HR reports and documentation on a regular basis.
  • Support special projects and/or ad hoc tasks that go to supporting the business and its teams.
  • Prepare ARC/Work permit application and renewal for expats.
  • Attendance system management and generate working hour report.
  • Probation tracking.
  • Other HR admin related tasks.
