Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Compensation and benefits administration(eg. Salary Adjustment, bonus, salary structure).

2. Participate salary survey process and assist in the payroll processing activities.

3. Coordinate annual performance review process and training.

4. Participate C&B related project planning and implementation, including HR system implementation.

5. Audit payroll data and correct data as necessary

6. Coordinate and participates in compensation and benefits surveys

Qualifications

1. University degree or above.

2. Minimum 7 years relevant working experience in the HR field, prefer a focus on compensation and benefit.

3. Knowledge of HR-related law.

4. Good working attitude and team player.

5. Good communication & interpersonal skills

6. Fluent in English is a plus.
