Job Description

The Sr. C&B & Shared Service Specialist plays a vital role on HR shared service operations, process and company total rewards administration, and labor law compliance.

HR Shared Service

  • Act as a stakeholder on new hires, transfers, termination process. Regularly audit employee data changes are entered appropriately in HRIS.
  • Recommend & implement HR process & service improvements by observing current process and collecting feedbacks from customers and cross departments.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated in various of employee communication channels.
  • Conducts HRIS audit (payroll, time/absence system, employee data) and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Total Rewards Administration

  • Co-work with TA and hiring team to assess jobs and their respective duties to determine classification and proposal appropriate salary range. Communicate the offers to close the hiring.
  • Understand company total rewards programs and compensation guidelines. Provide counsel to employee and managers regarding total rewards.
  • Manage employee’s job info and salary structure are appropriately according to their R&R and company compensation policy.
  • Responsible for developing, communicating, and executing communication plans for assigned programs.
  • Works closely with HQ Compensation team; reviews and updates existing benefit and compensation-related policies and ensure these comply with current legislation.
  • Collect market trends or market intelligence on various compensation and benefits topics.

Legal Compliance

  • Analyzes and modifies HR policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Advise managers on labor and employment policy matters and recommend needed changes.
  • Helps internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
  • Maintains documentation of compliance activities.

Qualification

  • At least Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of wide-ranging HR experience in high-tech industry.
  • Comprehensive and practical knowledge in Labor Standard Acts, tax regulations.
  • Effective communication skills in writing and verbally both in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience with Workday or SAP,
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, OneDrive and analytics software including Power BI.
  • Must handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
