Primary Job Accountabilities:Complex Calendar Management: Proactively manages the specified leader’s calendar in a timely and accurate manager.
- Scheduling of meetings and events and resolving calendar conflicts
- Recommends meetings and calendar updates, anticipating needs
- Understanding of priority stakeholders and organizational context
- Book domestic and international business travel; secure visas, maintain travel profiles
Meeting and Events: Plan and coordinate meetings and events hosted by S band above leader
- Meetings may be of varying sizes & complexity and may include venue selection, ordering catering, tracking expenses, agenda creation, material preparation, A/V resource planning, and coordinating communication to attendees
- Examples are All Employee Staff Meetings, AP/ACC LT Meetings, Offsites including special LT guests or teams
- Schedule & Recap Taipei PMO LT meetings
Communications: Handle a variety of comms tasks under the leader’s direction
- Write, contribute to and/or edit draft communications, involving appropriate stakeholders and gaining final approval
- Support team plans, projects, activations, or other deliverables as needed
- Manage and update Team distribution lists as needed, for Global AP/ACC MSM Team
Connect: Be the point of connection with the MSM Admin community.
Provide light support to team E bands if capacity allows (not calendar or mgmt. or expense reports) Key Capabilities
- Strong written & verbal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence
- Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information
- Be a calming force in high-stress situations
- Be a connector - take initiative and seek connection on behalf of other people to solve problems and answer questions
- Action oriented, ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and show attention to detail
- Proficiency using required software as well as internal Nike systems
- Ability to occasionally work outside of core business hours
