Job Description
- Capable to Identify customer technical needs , offer product solution to win business/support customer needs
- Mature Sales Process & product knowledge-Well understand product knowledge & sales process (Value/people) to bridge customer and internal teams includes Div./CE/GSS/Service
- Account management- Able to manage challenges/hurdles at RBU demanding culture
- Build and deepen customer coach relationships with, and bring to internal high level management team to help us grow new business opportunity. Influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
- Generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively in matrix environment in order to optimize business results and open up opportunities with key customers.
- Understand RBU customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
- Manage and improve account finance investments such as eval/loaner and tool final payment (10% AR collection)
- Identifies the opportunity within an organization and correctly selects the targeted individuals along with the appropriate investment of our resources in the pursuit of the business. You will need executing sales strategies with effectively presenting products and clearly
- Able to present our products/services and their value in meeting the prospect’s business needs. Maintains an emphasis on profit while making the sale. Value is emphasized to prospect.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of field sales or marketing experience in semiconductor industry.
- Familiar with semiconductor ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurship, strong result-driven, willing to face challenges and adversity with strategic selling techniques
- EE background is plus
- Having key account management experience is preferred
