Key Responsibilities
  • Local expert of SW development group for SW matters at customer site
  • SW diagnostics and troubleshooting at customer site:
  • Asist in analysis of SW issues being handled by SW group (part of Tier 4)
  • Troubleshoot SW issues using data from customer equipment
  • Extract relevant data
  • Participate in beta/first in fab SW installations
  • Participate in SW features production tests/alpha on-site/beta
  • Develop external SW utilities per customer needs*
  • In cooperation with SW development group
  • Upon customer / Account SW request research to create detailed Specs and User stories
  • Learn and teach SW internals – logs, configuration, etc.
  • Travel to Israel/India for learning
  • Learn application and perform qualification tasks at headquarters
  • Perform teaching sessions to Account members
