JR12024 Smart Manufacturing Scheduling System Engineer

Scheduling system enhancement

• Improving productivity in effective and efficient way to meets the organization objectives.
• Assisting with scheduling projects to be completed.
• Analyzing data using database systems/tools built and updating tracking programs to keep operating smoothly.
• Contributing ideas and identify opportunities for improvement Fab performance on output, cycle time, cost and quality. Design and build solution, and implement.
  
  

Primary Responsibilities Are Included But Not Limited To

Safety and Quality

• Completes all required safety training and ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety policies
• Followed up on quality related issues and works toward resolution
  
  

Communication and Collaboration

• Partners with production teams to address issues as they arise and provide consolidated solution.
• Lead and participate in the creation, maintenance, improvement and training of software, reports and metrics used by Production and Engineering
• Partners with other leaders to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships
• Communicates data findings and recommends solutions to diverse audiences
  
  

Fab Performance

• Innovate the intelligent advanced scheduling and simulation solutions effectively drive the fab performance
• Coordinates the development, maintenance and optimization of the World-Class Fab scheduling systems
• Partners with stakeholder to ensure tactical performance to meet strategic needs
• Partners with global OI network to identify and leverage best-known-methods
  
  

Project Management

• Management projects to ensure deliverables are completed within the required timeframe
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field of study
• Proficiency in basic programming skills: C#, Python, APF, SQL and CPLEX.
• Knowledge and experience in factory scheduling, simulation and application development.
• Knowledge and experience in machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning are preferred.
• With growth mindset to be adaptive in a rapidly changing environment, embrace challenges.
