Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and development to the site’s engineering work, including the management of safety, cost, schedule and quality performance of all site engineering activities.
  • Accountable for generating and implementing appropriate site engineering execution strategy, including the process from design, procurement, planning, review, and field execution.
  • Be the owner to manage the process, and lead the team to deliver the outcome effectively based on site’s needs and business priority.
  • Develop and oversee the site’s overall improvement opportunities, lead the cross-function team to build up the engineering plan, and realize the result for improvement.
  • Lead and coach site engineers in engineering project execution, including support in the vendor sourcing, contractor management and proposal preparation for capital budget.
  • Coordinate contracted support and/or corporate leveraged resources as needed.
  • Fulfill all project team leader duties for assigned capital projects.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Job Qualification
  • Required Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related engineering.
  • Required 5-8 years working experiences in manufacturing site.
  • Required 3 years working experiences in engineering project execution.
  • Fluent in English communication and presentation.
  • Have strong influential leadership and clear insight in identifying site-wide improvement opportunity.
  • Have strong accountability and executive power to drive the result.
  • Exceptional team player with thinking out of the box.
  • Familiar with Auto CAD, SAP, Lean six sigma methodology and project execution.
