• Report EHS concern & Incident to supervisor immediately
• Report critical quality & production equipment issues to supervisor immediately
• Perform daily check on the EHS, materials, equipment and teammate for correction when needed
• Ensure operators receive well trainings and be able to demonstrate qualified skills on fields
• Take care team’s morale, and ensure safe working and high productivity
• Ensure properly material and order management in-place
• Execute shift change with production status such as: EHS, order, process, quality, and equipment e tc.
• Make sure production implement properly such as: 5S, CI, SOP, EHS requirement etc.
• Any assignment (job relative) from supervisor
• 即時向主管報告 EHS 問題和事件
• 向主管報告關鍵品質 & 生產設備問題
• 對 EHS ，材料，設備和人員進行日常檢查，在需要時進行更正
• 確保作業員接受良好的訓練，並在生產時能有合格的技能
• 照顧團隊的士氣，確保安全工作和高生產率
• 確保正確的材料和訂單生產管理
• 配合生產狀態執行班次變更 , 如 EHS, 訂單 , 製程 , 品質 , 設備等
• 確保生產正確執行，例如： 5S ， CI ，標準操作規範， EHS 要求等
• 執行主管指派工作相關任務
