About the job

  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities across Core Service, Enhancements and Pro Systems.
  • Sells and manages legacy product upgrade opportunities
  • Be responsible for KTPE upgrade overall business
  • Mature products Pro-Enhancements to increase Core service contract value/ Price
  • Follows KLA Services and KLA Finance processes related to deal creation/approval, quotes, negotiations and deal closure/operationalization.
  • Drives regional team to meet Pro-Enhancement objectives.
  • Ensures sales activity is positively reflected in customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast Pro enhancement/ Upgrade and communicate with HQ
  • Work with HQ BD/ Marketing

  • Qualifying appropriate prospects and understand prospect’s company
  • Executing Sales Strategies and understand motives, present products and communicates with key buyers
  • Technical background for overall KLA product portfolio and quick learning on KLA product value/ application in various products platform
  • Negotiating: Understands issues/ motivations and negotiates strategically and tactically
  • Communication skill for both internal and external

Qualification

  • Familiar with KLA equipment and major Taiwan customers
  • 5-10 years or above semiconductor experience
  • Good presentation and reporting skill
  • Good selling skills, analytic capability and ability to close deals within acceptable boundaries.
  • Good communication/ strategy execution
  • Effective communication and writing skill in English
  • Strategic and forward thinker who is proactive, energetic and performance driven
  • BA is a must, MS is a plus
