In this role, as a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service job execution under consideration of resources (service engineers, spare parts, tools) for Process Automation Business Area in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Reporting to the Local Division Manager (AVP) Sales, you will be the single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job, scheduling the job, responsible for the content of quotes.

Your responsibilities
  • Being responsible for coordinating and planning all service/repair jobs together with the customer (applying the DIVISION policies) and service job with the necessary resource, parts etc.
  • Ensuring the right technical specifications as per the customer requirements
  • Verifying that the services are carried according to Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) and quality requirements (working instructions)
  • Managing the service order processes from quotation to invoicing, service execution process by using ATURB MOBILE for job planning and data recording including finalization
  • Ensuring data quality during service execution, being responsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction
  • Making sure that all the necessary data has been registered in the ERP system (commercial issues)
  • Working closely with the technical advisor on technical issues (including warranty cases)
  • Coordinating/communicating with the end user sales regarding customer status
Your background
  • 2+ years knowledge on customer support
  • Having experience in channel/business processes
  • Sound knowledge on relevant computer applications (SAP/MS office etc.)
  • A bachelor’s degree or above
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Efficiency in working independently with challenging issues
