• 負責指定市場的服務業務交付，完成銷售指標；
• 根據銷售目標，更新，預測和管理銷售漏斗。維護/更新客戶資料庫(CRM系統)；
• 負責內/外部客戶服務銷售流程，協調客戶與內部部門找尋最好的解決方案；
• 深入瞭解及掌握客戶採購流程和決策人，建立客戶良好的關係；
• 電話拜訪cold call function，熟悉公司內部系統操作流程，积极和前端銷售普及售後市場業務的內容並建立高效的合作關係。
• 至少2年有service業界的經驗(客服/售後)；
• 良好的客戶服務意識，解決問題的思考能力；
• 較強的自律性，準確性，按時/有效率交付任務；
• 具有高度工作熱情和責任感，良好溝通能力，善於接受和學習新鮮事物；
• 具有團隊合作精神，以客戶為導向，誠實守信，堅持公司的價值觀；
• 自我驅動，能承受一定的工作壓力；
• 熟練使用辦公軟體，如Excel，Word，Outlook, Powerpoint等；
• 有流暢的英語閱讀和寫作的能力；
• 可配合出差。
