Are you a SaaS product manager who believes that insights on customers’ business problems and carefully crafted user personas built from actively interviewing customers are an invaluable component of defining product strategy? Do you excel at customer engagement and are tired of prioritizing stakeholder alignment and inefficient project management tasks instead?

Trilogy has a portfolio of 100+ software solutions, and we are constantly acquiring more. We are building a Central Product Management team responsible for getting unicorns back on track - software products that were once on the path to becoming market leaders but somehow, somewhere, lost their way . In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the customers of these products and drawing valuable insights about their pain points, which will help define a product vision and roadmap for success.

This role offers you the opportunity to invert the upward mobility pyramid and broaden the range of future opportunities. As you work in-depth with different products in our portfolio and engage with customers spanning a wide range of industries, this role will prepare you to be a product manager in any industry segment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Interviewing customers to understand their business problems and product use cases
• Revamp outdated product visions and roadmaps based on customer insights

• Project management and delegation to lower-level team members
• Getting stuck doing customer support
• Building consensus across a wide range of poorly-aligned stakeholders

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
