Job Purpose:

The Talent Advisor is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization and ensure the sourcing strategies are aligned with different BUSUs needs. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Advisor will play an important role to ensure DBS Taiwan is hiring the best fit talent and build a sound relationship with the reputational market talents.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

-To deliver the best-in-class services in hiring to support the growth of each BUSUs with good talents.

-Utilize the Internet as well as alternate channels for recruitment including:

1) Post positions to appropriate Internet sources, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues

2) Research new and innovative ways (Data, Digital, Science) for identifying the talents.

3) Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

4) Develop and execute recruiting strategies

5) Work with hiring managers on talent pipelining, channel exploration, how to identify internal talents to encourage more talent movement etc..

6) Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

7) Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

8) Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

9) Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

10) Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

11) Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.

To initiate and implement campus recruiting activities

-To lead and initiate recruitment projects in align with regional principals

-To support the Employee Value Proposition in the talent attraction space

12) Take good use of the existing data control tower with ability to provide an insightful and impactful solution to the stakeholders based on the diagnosis and analysis of the data

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years’ talent acquisition experiences in a multinational environment, candidates from Fintech, Information Technology sector would be a big plus
  • Knowledge of AI, ML and Big data would be a big advantage
  • Project Management Skills
  • Knowledge of local rules & regulations and Market trends & Industry Knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Able to work under fast-paced matrix organization
