【Job Title】系統工程師SA. Senior System Analyst

【Requirements】

  • Writing System Requirement Specification and System Design Specification with UML and OOA concept
  • With experience in Front-end and Back-end development (Vue/Angular/React/SQL)
  • Familiar with Azure, AWS or AIoT system design
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin in order to communicate with our clients about their need and spec.
  • Travel to meet business needs.
  • Familiar with Agile or Scrum
  • Have passion on learning and exploring fields with curiosity.

    【Responsibilities】

  • Conduct demand interview and demand analysis.
  • Analyze potential needs and establish business model.
  • Requirement demand tracking and change management.
  • Design solutions project and propose feasibility assessments.
  • Plan and optimize business processes.
  • Design data flow and data specifications.
  • Write requirements SRS and SDS
  • Plan and execute system functional verification test (UAT) and assist in troubleshooting.

  • 進行需求訪談與需求分析。
  • 分析潛在需求，確立商業模式。
  • 進行需求追蹤及需求變更管理。
  • 設計解決方案並提出可行性評估。
  • 規劃與優化業務流程。
  • 設計資料流程與資料規格。
  • 撰寫需求分析相關文件與系統設計相關文件。
  • 規劃與執行系統功能驗證測試(UAT)，並協助問題排除。

  • 可獨立撰寫中/英版需求規格書SRS、系統設計規格書SDS。
  • 可配合業務需要出差。
  • 可使用英文與客戶溝通系統需求與系統規格。
  • 對場域充滿好奇心並主動學習。
  • 熟悉市場上相關解決方案並有自主想法。
  • 有良好的對內、對外溝通及獨立作業的能力。
  • 熟悉敏捷式開發(Agile、Scrum)。
  • 育樂、零售、醫療、交通、製造相關系統分析經驗為佳。
  • 面試時可攜帶曾經完成之SA文件(範例)為佳。
