Organization & Role

We are primarily looking for someone who can provide professional responses for Software issues reported by Teradyne customers through field teams and, in some cases work with the customer directly to verify the solutions. Reproducing and driving clarity around the issues reported for the factory support teams working closely with the customer and field teams.

Responsibilities
  • Work with multiple Engineering teams in different geographic locations and expertise to get information needed to solve customer problems.
  • Providing engineering, debug and experimental dll’s to the customer and report the results back to the factory support teams.
  • Use experience gained in prior cases to reproduce behavior when the customer has not provided all the information needed.
  • Keeping concise updates of support issue progress in our bug tracking system.
  • Prioritize incoming requests based on severity of the issue for the customer.
  • Being organized with attention to detail to ensure the correct options/updates are delivered to the right people.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
  • Programming experience in an object-oriented software. (C++, and C# is a plus).
  • Experience in general debugging of application in Windows. (WinDbg, DnSpy, Profilers)
  • Experience in Microsoft windows and Microsoft applications (Microsoft .NET infrastructure is a plus).
  • Strong Excel/VBA and scripting skills ( exposure to IG-XL VBT is a plus).
  • Experience with version control software. (Clear Case is a plus)
  • General presentation skills to explain technical issues & updates
Education

Bachelor or higher degree in EE/CS or related fields
