Job Description

Job Description Summary:

The Battery and Consumer Power Business Unit is seeking a Senior Business Manager to join its fast-growing team. Based in Taipei, Taiwan, the Senior Business Manager will implement and manage all aspects of a product portfolio from cradle to grave. The successful candidate is responsible for identifying new products and segments of interest, establishing go-to-market strategies, securing designs and ultimately revenue growth. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. This role will primarily have responsibility for supporting customers in China and Taiwan.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop communication and sales collateral to support the broad market initiative
  • Lead marketing and sales penetration plans through customers and sales partners engagements
  • Key accounts management and development
  • Establish pricing and manage forecasts, margins and revenue
  • Create and maintain roadmaps, develop new products business plans
  • Technology watch and competitive analysis
  • Establish and review product positioning and messaging
  • Market definition, sizing and segmentation
  • Provide marketing/technical support and promotional training to all Sales partners
  • Cross functional management of functional groups in support of the product line
  • Manage existing product portfolio lifecycle from cradle to grave
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of product marketing or combined application engineering/product marketing experience
  • Understanding of semiconductor power electronics and power systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize
  • Must work well in a team, fast-paced, high-energy and deadline-driven environment
  • ~25% domestic and international travel
