This role provides excellent people services to our Klookers globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations whilst continually improving our people processes to create a positive impact to our employee experience.You will report directly to HRBP. The ideal candidate should be experienced in HR operations and employee relations, have a strong sense of accountability and be a strong driver for continuous improvement.

What you’ll do
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Work with HR and Office Experience teams to enhance employee onboarding experience, including transfers and international assignments where necessary.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations where necessary.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance and partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g.coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to provide timely, accurate and appropriate advice on people processes and to manage changes/enhancements in people tools, systems and processes - stakeholders include but are not limited to employees, HRBPs, P&C central teams, Finance and payroll vendors.
- Monitor cases and requests, provide direction and act as an escalation point for the Local People Operations community on exceptions, complex issues and cases that may require special handling
- Participate and provide key HR operational advice across various P&C programs and projects locally and globally which will bring positive impact to overall employee experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing the execution of HR operations initiatives.
- 4 years work experience in HR partnering or generalist.
- Proven ability to build credibility with and gain commitment from key stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of Taiwan local labour laws.
- Good command of English plus an Asian language.
- Experience in recruitment/HR support for shift workers like Customer Service.
- Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, ‘roll-up-your sleeves’ attitude.
- Happy to work independently when required.
- A proven ability to prioritize, manage time, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
