  • Responsible for the program and project management, so as to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • Partners with the various teams, in particular with Sales team, to deliver clear solution requirement to the customers with with proposed implementation plan
  • Acts as the knowledge expert on the market trend, technology, infrastructure & rules for all stakeholders
  • Supports quarterly release enhancement and ensure smooth clients’ implementation
  • Acts as focal point for customer issues and works with various teams for a solution
Responsibilities
  • Partner with various teams, including account management, business development, products, technology teams, to manage and/or facilitate implementation of any new products/services/mandates
  • Oversee Mastercard activities related to the technology design and implementation of issuing & acquiring customer projects, and to ensure the needs of both customers and Mastercard are met
  • Grow and manage close partnership with both issuers and acquirers
  • Review and provide applicable Mastercard information regarding changes to Mastercard rules, products, mandates, tools and services to acquirers/issuers
  • Accountable for customers’ overall operation satisfaction
  • Research and deliver solutions for complex problems and responds to inquiries raised by internal and external customers
  • Helps identifying customer needs and contributes to the delivery of the solutions
All About You
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and analyze business needs to advise adequate solutions/options to internal or external stakeholders
  • Moderate professional experience in financial services, cards, payments or any other related field
  • Build and maintain strong and positive working relationships with all functional levels internally & externally
  • Project management and implementation skills required; technology and operations related skills desired
  • Strong learning agility, written, verbal communication, and problem solving skills
  • Preferred education with information technology or bankcard industry experiences
