Job Description

• Call and hold committees quarterly meetings beside chairmen.
• Responsible for new committee members recruitment.
• Enhance brand in Taiwan and be liaison between other regional and HQs in order to better promote global events cross regions and departments.
• Create adding-value events for committees and industry leaders in Taiwan.
• Facilitate relationship-building between Taiwan and other regional committee members.
• Coordinate with regional offices for domestic and international speaker invitation and negotiation.
• Create and manage program/event with other international / local organization by building up and maintain strong relationship.
• Establish communication liaison between company and other international / local organizations .
• Manage, plan, execute and monitor committee related events and annual programs activities.
• Monitor all program and committee meetings & activities’ operations.
• Manage and supervise direct reports for committees and programs operation
  

The Successful Applicant

• 細心度
• 多媒體廣告企劃經驗or對半導體、高科技新興技術領域有所研究
• 5年以上策展管理經驗
• 願意配合出差(Taiwan)
