The Role
  • Customer Relationships
To Develop long term business relationships and achieve levels of trust and credibility with senior customer staff to enable Edwards values with customer by knowledge sharing and intellectual process and thus get mutual benefits superior to those being obtained by normal commercial methods.
  • Account Planning
Establish and manage a long-term strategic plan for the customer and ensure customers expectations are met.
  • Marketing reserach
Develop, with the associated product marketing management (globally and locally), strategies and action plans for penetration of the customer for all our products. Provide input to the company for new product needs and specifications for new product development.
  • Sales
Respecting account plans to establish on a site by site basis, sales revenue, UGP and forecasts to ensure we meet our sales targets and customer forecast in both volume and margin
  • Account management of operations and service
Provide the customer with operation excellence to meet customer’s satisfication wherever he chooses to operate while returning an agreed level of profitability and Return on Capital Employed for that account. Work with local and global support teams to improve our ability to meet customer expectations with ever decreasing costs. Responsible for all day to day operations and the resulting business performance for that customer on a site by site basis
