Come join us!About The Job/roleFor the first time, WildBrain is offering an opportunity for an internship for a student to gain exposure to all areas of the licensing business within WildBrain CPLG in Taiwan.You will work closely to sales team. You will learn about licensing especially on Character licensing (Peanuts). You will involve with product development across categories including toys & games, fashion & apparel, food & beverages & many more. You will also get involved with Marketing/Social media and Brand Management; this placement will give valuable industry experience and insight into the operations of a successful international business.Responsibilities
  • To participate in licensing business and product development as WildBrain CPLG is responsible for the licensing business of Peanuts LLC and Sonic in the Asia Pacific region. Peanuts includes Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and Woodstock in Taiwan.
  • Collaborate closely with sales team to provide the support on Product develop and marketing.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with licensees, licensors, partners, and retailers (where appropriate).
  • Working with Global and Regional Product Development, assist on the PD process, report to market leader and Regional PD.
  • Support sales team to conduct royalty report/payment or other information with high standards.
  • Feedback on the progress and outcome of the commercial efforts.
  • Consolidate, gathering market.
  • Collection of relevant market information and supporting marketing team.
  • Providing information to assist in marketing and sales plans.
Qualifications
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude and team player
  • Strong communication and writing skills and a good command of English, (Chinese is a plus).
  • Passion for marketing and learning, experience with common social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English and additional languages preferred
