Who we are looking for

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and personable Sales Director for our Taipei office. Since the position is in the IT field, familiarity with IT is a strong plus. Selling in this field is a group effort; as such, we are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills.

You should be a dealmaker with strong drive and deal closing abilities. Good Chinese language skills are critical, English a distinct plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the achievement of the sales targets of the Taipei office
• Develop new key accounts for the company
• Keep clarity on the leads the company is working on in order to forecast staffing requirements of the execution teams
• Define the contract terms in co-operation with the CEO and the execution teams
• Involve the execution teams into the sales process to the extent possible
• Work closely with the CEO in the budgeting and reforecasting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years’ of experience in sales in the technical field
• Excellent written and verbal Chinese communication skills; English a big plus
• Strong results orientation
